Distance Based Program Offerings
The Department of Aviation has extended access to its B.A.S. Aviation Maintenance
Management program beyond the campus boundaries by creating an online degree
completion program. When combined with the student's technical background and
certification in the aviation maintenance field, this program leads to a baccalaureate
degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
The aviation online program is designed to combine the student's Airframe & Powerplant and/or Avionics certification with the major track in Aviation Management. The major courses will be delivered in an online format, where you will work interactively with your faculty and your peers in a virtual classroom environment. This allows students who are unable to attend class on the SCSU campus the opportunity to complete their degree on a part-time basis.
